Dear Mums, Dads and Beavers
On the 30th, we had out joint meeting with the Cubs and it was really nice to see our old Beavers officially swim up to Cubs and be invested
We then had our own investiture for James, Henry & Luke and we wish them all well
As it was Chinese New Year, we made lanterns and I hope you managed to get them home without them getting too wet or collapsing. There are a few left behind on the notice-board if you want to have a look and see if it belongs to you? Gong Hoi Fat Choy
We have had the majority of the milk bottles back that we are collecting pennies in for the toilet twinning scheme - only 6 more to come back. Please can you try and remember next week, so that I can get the toilet ordered and sent off by Half Term.
We do not have any parents signed up for 7th March, 20th March, 27th March or 3rd April, so if you have not volunteered to take a turn yet, please would you do so on one of those 4 nights.
12 Beavers and 2 Cubs had a lovely time at Funtastic on Saturday and everyone went home tired and happy. I am told that the new one at Lillyhall is very good, so next time we will try there.
Don't forget to start to do some work at home on those badges like swimming, music, IT, hobbies, imagination - just being me the proof and I will give you the badge. Its as simple as that...........
That's all for this week - see you Thursday
